Ghaneem Arabians is situated in the Ottawa Valley, 100 miles (160 km) northwest of Canada's capital city Ottawa, Ontario, at Pembroke, Ontario. Pembroke lies on the shores of the scenic Ottawa River that separates the provinces of Ontario and Quebec. We have owned and bred the beautiful, proud Arabian horse for 37 exciting years. We love their gentle temperament and strong athletic movement in halter and performance classes. Their bloodlines are Crabbet ,Polish, and Egyptian through Khofo and Fadl.
A new millennium is about to begin and Ghaneem Arabians is also beginning a new era with their elegant and charismatic Straight Egyptians. We are honoured to introduce you to our small group of these exotic and noble horses with their colourful heritage. A heritage that comes from the hot desert land of the Pharaohs . . . Egypt.
Since 1994 we have acquired four Straight Egyptians and one Egyptian-related that grace our facilities at Ghaneem Arabians. Our Egyptian bloodlines are of Morafic (two grand-daughters), Moniet El Nefous, Sameh, Ruminaja Ali, Ansata Ibn Halima, Serenity Sonbolah and some impeccable German bloodlines.
